Antique Moonstone Pendant 9ct Gold. An Art Nouveau era pendant, circa 1905. This stylish moonstone and gem set oval pendant, features stylised leaves typical of the art nouveau era. The pendant is set with cabochon moonstones, diamonds, rubies and emeralds. The bow is made from silver and set with a diamond in the centre of the knot and there are 4 additional very small diamonds chips, 1 in each part the ribbon sections. The 2 diamond chips at the top of the ribbon are tiny & deep set, the 2 lower diamonds are a bit bigger & more visable. The main oval section of the pendant is set with 3 cabochon moonstones and 2 flower set rubies. The petals are set with marquise cut emeralds around the central moonstone along with 4 yellow gold heart shaped curved leaves. There is a further moonstone suspended beneath. The rear of the pendant is marked’9ct. This is for a pendant only, no chain supplied. Height not inclusive of bale: 52mm. Width at widest point: 26mm. In great condition commensurate with age and use. Will be supplied in a presentation box.
