Antique Nippon Chocolate Pot Set Cobalt Blue & Gold Encrusted Floral Moriage. A stunning antique Chocolate Set. Made by the Morimura Bros. Marked Nippon with the old Morimura M in green wreath. A Chocolate Pot with six little cups and matching saucers. Deep cobalt blue porcelain hand decorated in gold with flowers on stems with leaves, fine filigree, dots and scrolls. The pieces are so beautifully shaped. From the lovely pot handle and finial to the six little feet on the petticoat bottomed cups. The pot measures 9 1/2 tall to the top of the lid finial. The cups are 2 1/2″ tall and 2 1/2″ across the top. The saucers are 5 diameter. Some wear and aging to the gold as would be expected on antique porcelain.
