Up for your consideration is a superb signed Tiffany bronze and green slag glass desk set, comprising 13 pieces total. Included is a letter holder, a rare round inkwell, a picture frame, and a calendar with all its original inserts and bronze back clip. Also included is a stamp box, a blotter, a small (pin) box, a pen-holder, and two sizes of blotter ends. Finally, there is a well-matched letter opener in the Zodiac pattern. With the proper size paper inserted into the blotters, the smaller looks exceptional with the smaller one on top, surrounded of the large matching set of accompaniments on top and surrounding the display. Overall, the set is in excellent condition. All pieces are original and matching. There is a tight repaired break to one panel in the picture frame (scarcely detectable from the front), and a medium sized dent to the middle of one of the larger blotters (not distracting). It is very difficult to assemble these sets with the same patinas and glass color, as it varied, especially over time. It is not an “assemblage, ” and comes from my personal collection.
