You are looking at a beautiful hand painted floral Art Deco Nippon set which consists of a cider pitcher and 5 matching cups/mugs. Each cup and pitcher are all marked hand painted Nippon with a T in a wreath. Painted on each piece are pink roses and foliage. The rims are decorated with gold moriage and a gold lining runs down each handle. Condition: In pre-owned good vintage condition. No cracks, chips or crazing. Lining on handles and rims 75% intact. Pitcher and cups come as made with some minor manufacturing flaws. See picture # 7 for an example of a manufacturing flaw (appears like a hairline crack down the cup but it is not a crack, it is just the way the glaze was applied and dried). Pitcher stand 6″ high and the cups 4″ high. All Items are securely packed with generous protective material.
