For your consideration this lovely 18K gold Art Nouveau circular enamel & gem set portrait brooch pendant. The center of the brooch features the enameled profile of mid-European lady in traditional costume with diamond (rose cut) arches set on each side of the head, the outer rim of the brooch is set with 31 brilliant cut rubies that are approximately 2.5mm each. Brooch dates late 19th to early 20th century and would appear to be of Austro-Hungrian origins and bears a BB&B makers mark and Serial Number 21807. Presented in excellent overall condition with lovely vivid enamel colors, missing one ruby. The brooch measures 1 1/8 diameter, and is hallmarked 18K with a total weight of 13.5 Grams.
