VINTAGE ART NOUVEAU BRASS DOOR HANDLE W/ BACKPLATE SKILLMAN DOOR LOCK SET 1930’s! I believe this beautiful early door handle dates to the 1930’s but please do your own research. Decorative handle is 13″ long, heavily made, and comes with matching lock cylinder 2 5/8″ escutcheon. Also includes 3 original decorative square head handle screws and 2 steel through door screws with washers. Handle and escutcheon are made of a heavy non magnetic metal possibly white brass? Also includes heavy cast brass 9 back plate. Plate is in good used condition. Thumb knob stem does have a small twist from use(see picture). Should not affect its operation(stated for clarity). Loo ks to be made of yellow brass. Also includes heavily make Skillman mortise lock. It is made of heavy cast iron with brass front plate. There is no key.
