Meyen & Co of Berlin, c-1905. The pattern has been beautifully designed, with floral, leaf and beaded themes and bright cut detail throughout. This wonderful set includes the following pieces. Six dinner knives (silver handles, chrome-plated steel blades) – 25.5cm long. Six fish knives – 22cm long. Six dinner forks – 21cm long. Six entrée forks – 18cm long. Six fish forks – 18cm long. Six soup or large dessert spoons – 21.5cm long. Six teaspoons – 14.5cm long. Six ice-cream spoons – 14cm long. Two serving spoons – 17.5cm long. Condition is good used throughout, with no major damage to note. The knife blades are in reasonably good condition, with some minor pitting starting to form (nothing too serious). Each piece is identically monogrammed to the face and hallmarked to the reverse. A very fine and large set for the collection. Unpacked, the set has a generous total combined weight of 2.5kgs 81 tr.
