EXTREMELY RARE Antique Boer War (1902) Military Sterling Silver Tea Set with Broad Arrow mark stamped on all 3 pieces. Experts agree that this set was owned by a General, Admiral or Supreme Commander at the end of the Boer War. More research is needed to attribute it to a specific person (no real effort has been made in this regard). This set is in nice vintage condition with the exception of the tiny split in the end of the tea pot. Does not effect functionality. This set may have been owned by historically significant people including Robert Baden-Powell (founder of the Scouts) or Joseph Chamberlain (father to Prime Minister Chamberlain).
