When Giuseppe’s brothers joined the business, Fratelli (brothers) Peruzzi was born. The business has become a huge success over the many decades and has been handed down through the generations, each honoring the uncompromising traditions of its founders. It is one of the oldest shops in Florence and still located on the historical Ponte Vecchio. Peruzzi jewelry is handmade and the early pieces are done in the Italian Renaissance style. In 1910, an American branch, Fratelli Peruzzi Silversmiths, opened in Boston, but closed its doors in 1973 when the owners moved back to Italy.
