Sterling silver three-piece demitasse tea set in the Martele Art Nouveau style, with beautiful intricate floral design and exquisitely hand hammered, consisting of. A tea pot, measuring 9 1/2” in height by 7 1/8” from handle to spout by 5” in width. A two-handled open sugar bowl, measuring 3 3/4” in height by 5” from handle to handle. A creamer, measuring 4 1/2” in height by 4” from handle to spout. Each piece bears hallmarks and monograms as shown. Total weight is 32.5 troy ounces. Shreve & Company is an established retailer of jewelry, from timepieces to diamonds, headquartered in San Francisco, California. Incorporated in 1894 by George Rodman and Albert J. Lewis, it is considered the oldest commercial establishment in San Francisco.
