Exceptional Art Nouveau Era St Regis Wood & Son England Wash Pitcher & Bowl set ca 1900. Mfg by Wood & Son 1891- 1907, blue mark. Beautiful flowing lines of teal blue/ green vines with hand decorated rose / red flowers and gold trim. Wood & Son produced this pattern in dark flow blue and this Rare Teal Blue/ green with hand painted colors. Overall very good to excellent condition. PITCHER: weighs 4 lb 13 oz, 12.5″ height at handle, 10″ wide at handle, 9″ x 7.5″ body, light gold wear to spout and handle, NO chips, cracks, crazing, stains, or repairs. Base marked with St Regis Semi Porcelain England mk, with decorator numbers. BOWL: 16″ Diameter x 6.5″ height, 2 small edge mfg flaws examined under 10x which are overglazed and gilded small manufacturers flaws in the original making. No chips, cracks, stains, crazing, or repairs noted. Light to medium gold wear to top rim. Interior of bowl has average wear from pitcher use.
