A fabulous Art Nouveau Era pair of dangle earrings. These earrings are crafted from solid 14K yellow gold. The are a lovely Art Nouveau design with sweeping swirls of gold. The earrings are set with bezel set Rubies a drilled and pinned pearl and a diamond set in platinum. The tops suspend the body to offer a little movement when worn. The tops feature a post and butterfly backing in 14K. I suspect they were added and replaced the original backings. But as posts and friction backing they work wonderfully. The butterfly backing are hallmarked 585 for their 14K gold content. The balance has been tested and confirmed as 14K solid yellow gold. Original Art Nouveau earrings are very hard to come by and are rather scarce. White Diamond, Pearl, Ruby. 14K Gold, Yellow Gold. Of course I honor this policy.
