Set of Antique Art Nouveau fireplace tiles with half tile Daisy pattern spacers. Each full tile 15.5 cm (6 inches) square, spacers 6″ x 3″. Overall size each side 30″ High x 6″ Wide. The faces are in good condition but as often seen on tiles of this age, there are slight nibbles at the edges of some of the tiles. These nibbles are normally hidden when set into the cast iron fireplace frames. The top right spacer tile has a chip which would be disguised by setting behind the holding frame of the cast iron inset. Two of the other spacer tiles have been restored (please see photos). The colours are very bright with some low level crazing. An interesting set of stylish tiles. After 40+ Years Retired Artist Craftsman and Restorer now closing down. No reasonable offers refused…. When its gone, it’s gone!!
