An Art Nouveau Era 4 piece sterling silver vanity set consisting of a hand mirror and three natural bristled brushes, monogrammed “JPL”, marked “STERLING”, in antique condition with many dents, particularly around the sides of the large rectangular brush, but otherwise without breaks or repairs. Each piece with a highly raised image of lovely woman in profile with a large flower blossom in her hair and ribbon scrolls and flower blossoms. Mirror measures 9 inches long and 4 3/4 inches wide with a nice and bright beveled glass mirror. Large rectangular brush measures 6 3/8 inches long and approximately 2 inches wide. Rectangular brush measures 5 3/8 inches long and approximately 1 1/2 inches wide. Handled brush measures 6 5/8 inches long (the sterling handle 4 long) and 3 1/4 inches wide.

Very thick quality tiles, check the depth will fit in your tile holders or most tile holders can be adjusted but check before purchasing. Art nouveau tiles 15 1/2cm wide 16cm wider 1cm depth. Brick mustard tiles 15 1/2cm high 151/2cm wide. Probably by Würtembergische Metalwaren Fabrik WMF – but no marks found. About 1905 – (model looks very similar to WMF) This mounting of the decanter is finely modeled with flowers and art nouveau ornaments – seems to be pewter with some kind of antique silvered finishing – Glass seems pressed glass. For the bigger decanter 23,5 cm = 9.4. (its lid is a little loose). 22 cm = 8.8. For the smaller one. They are in good used condition – with few. Traces of use and age. Antique Tea Coffee Set on tray “ORIVIT”. Secessionist Art Nouveau Pattern 2389. Has the original (pre AG Mark) “ORIVIT” Back Mark. 1894 – 1898 during the Art Nouveau Secessionist Period. The design is typical of the period with stylised trees and foliage. This pewter has a darker’oxidised’ finish and is not. Intended to be highly polished. I have cleaned these parts with soapy water and given them a good rub to bring up a lightly burnished sheen to the pieces. There are some marks and small imperfections as expected from its age and material. As seen and photographed. Consists of a Tea Pot, Open Dish for sugar and small milk. Cream jug and the tray. All back marked “ORIVIT” 2389. The Tray measures 20″ (50cm) x 13 1/2″ (34cm). AS seen and Photographed.
